We are always looking for ways to improve and provide the best customer service to our clients, and Finale gave us exactly what we needed to be able to provide that next level of support. The client portal is simple and straightforward, and set-up is so quick and easy. We see a lot of inventory come through the warehouse, and our clients are always asking for updated inventory reports, so we are very excited to be able to give them unlimited access to view their real-time inventory levels. We have about four salespeople, and we're estimating this will save about 5 hours per week for each individual.

We were attempting to accurately debit and report sales post-shipping. A competitor of Finale...told me I was "using their system incorrectly" and could not offer a solution to support our simple, quick and efficient method of processing high volume orders. After speaking with several...IMS providers, Finale was the only one who said "yes" and gave us what we needed. Set up & integration was quick and seamless and I could not be happier with the ease of use and reporting. The ongoing support I receive from the Finale team has made me a raving fan!

The system is approachable, and works with ShipStation and Shopify, making my life easy. AND - they have the best support ever. I was able to have a series of phone calls in onboarding, getting my system set up and my procedures in place. This onboarding wasn't extra or additional. I'm very confident in my system and the functionality now. The import system is great too - both automatic and manual import/export. Shopify inventory system wasn't enough for me. I needed to better track my COGS and I needed to better track inventory in route to me as well as builds and kits. Finale is making this easier, giving me the visibility and confidence of what is on hand and what is on the way.

Finale inventory has been a complete game-changer for our business. Before we switched over to Finale, we were keeping track of all of our inventory and purchase orders by hand. It was a nightmare! This software has allowed us to stay organized with our inventory, know exactly when orders need to be placed for each of our brands, keep track of out-of-stock or back-ordered products, place purchase orders, and so much more. We are so grateful to have found this great software and so appreciate the easy integration with WooCommerce and ShipStation, plus the amazing service they provide.
